About COOLture Tours
A COOLture Tours was created by a historian and museologist who has more than 10 years of experience not only in guided and animated tours, but also in birthday parties and other activities at museums, Palaces and several cultural places.
A COOLture Tours mission is to bring children and grownups close to the richness of the Portugal History trough guided and animated tours with unforgettable historic characters. Moreover, these activities are always suited to the interests and ages of the visitors.
A COOLture Tours preforms specific activities for and at schools according to the annual main theme of the school’s project among the courses of History, Art, Literature, Music and Sciences.
Felisa Pérez
Founder
Felisa has an undergradute degree in History and a Master’s degree in Museology, both taken at FCSH-UNL. Since 2008 she has been doing guided and animated tours for children, famailies and schools in Palaces and Museums. Previously, Felisa worked at the educational services of the Lisbon Coach Museum, São Jorge’s Castle, Oriente Museum, Modern Art Museum of Rio de Janeiro and Lázaro Galiano Museum in Madrid. In 2017 Felisa created the COOLture Tours, a private project in which through tours, history of Palaces and Museums is told in the first person.
Catarina Secca e Cruz
Actress
Catarina has an under graduate degree in Performative Arts by ESTAL. Ctaraina started her path through stages with plays such as “Entre…”, “Estrelas no céu da manhã”, “Ópera dos malandros”, “Ciclo de leitura”, “Vírus”, among others. Three years ago, Catarina join the “Comicalate” group. Her job there embodies many short films and webseries, being the most recent one the serie “Frágil” for RTP Play. Ctaraina joined COOLture Tours in 2018.
Mariana Amaral
Actress
Mariana studied theatre at The Lee Strasberg Institute (NYC) as well as at Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema (Lisbon) and at RESAD (Madrid). She worked in plays by Jorge Fraga, Cláudio Hochamn, Joaquim Benite, Miguel Moreira, Sofia Cabrita and João Grosso. Additionaly, Mariana took a part in the CAM-FCG, an educational service that developed “histórias de Musear” and the show “Dom Caixote”. In 2005 she created “BobbidiBoo” and in 2016 “Companhia da Chaminé”, which is a space dedicated to amateur theater for everyone. Mariana joined COOLture Tours in 2018.
Bernardo Souto
Actor
Bernardo has an under graduate degree in Theater by ESTC. He is an actor since 2010 and has worked with several theater companies such as TEC (2011), “Artistas Unidos” (2013), “Teatro da Cornucópia” (2014), “Companhia de Teatro de Almada” (2017-2019), “Teatro Tapafuros” (2017-2019), among others. Bernardo has also done some commercials, from which stands out the one for the portuguese brand “Licor Beirão” in 2017. Additionally, he is one of the founding members of “Teatro da cidade”. Bernardo joiind COOLture Tours in 2018.
Margarida Coelho
Actress
Margarida is finnishing her underdegree in Theater in th ESTC. Since 2013, she works as an actress in the fairs of Queluz and São Pedro de Sintra as well as in the Christmas kingdom, among others. Additionally, since 2017 Margarida is part of several theater companies such as “Teatro Tapafuros” (2017), “Valdevinos Teatro de Marionetas” (2017/2019) and “Teatromosca” (2019). She joined COOLture Tours in 2018.
