The Queen shows the Museum

Holding hands with a queen, the children are invited to discover the spectacular coaches, Berlins, litters and Sedan chairs where the kings, princes and princesses once travelled in. How did they work? Who rode/drove them? When were they used? What do they represent? These are some of the themes/questions approached along/through the visit. The tour includes/contains a little play in which the children are protagonists/characters of an eighteen century wedding. It is a time travel that no child will ever forget!

A Tour ridden by the Coachman

Agile and brave, Acibíades, the coachman, now leads an animated tour through the National Coach Museum, where children and grownups will get to know the technical evolution of the coaches through the centuries. From the oldest coaches in the collection to the vehicles display of the nineteenth century, Alcibíades will reveal the diverse designations and types of horse cars that this magnificent and unique collection keeps. From the Coaches to the Berlins, through the chaises, carriages, litters and victorias up until the Mail Coaches of the nineteenth century. A trotting tour through the Museum with an unforgettable character.
